How do I buy the full report?
Run the free check first. On your results page, choose the full report or weekly monitoring. You pay on Stripe and get a private link to your report by email.
Can I cancel monitoring?
Yes, anytime. Email support@substitutr.com and your weekly checks stop at the end of the billing month. You keep every report you already have. Payments are non-refundable.
What if a report fails?
If an assistant is down we retry. If a paid report still can't finish, reply to your receipt and we'll re-run it or refund you.
